    • What’s Required :

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in nursing preferred.
  • Five years’ experience as an RN preferred.
  • High-level understanding of complex chronic disease management.
  • Self-directed professional with the ability to make independent judgments directing patient care.
