What to Expect

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned business coaching customers, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to deliver a consistent business coaching experience
  • Collaborate with the Business Performance Coach to enhance customer retention and engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching activities in the CRM system
  • Identify and escalate new revenue opportunities for business growth

    • What is Required

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, mathematics, data science, statistics, computer sciences, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information accurately
  • Deep understanding of independent community pharmacy operations and revenue drivers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
