Key Responsibilities :
Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and empathetically.
Utilize company systems to log customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Resolve issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve company goals.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Pay Details : $18.00 to $18.50 per hour
