Job description

Our client, a fast-growing software development startup, is hiring Account Executives to drive high-impact deals and accelerate revenue growth. We're looking for exceptional communicators with strong analytical instincts who can help modern B2B finance and RevOps teams unlock real value through our platform.

What You’ll Do

Own high-priority, full-cycle deals from discovery, demos, and technical evaluations to pricing and contract close. Represent the company at investor and industry events to build relationships with key prospects and customers. Deeply understand customer pain points and create tailored collateral, solutions, and narratives that demonstrate clear ROI. Provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering to influence prioritization.

This Role Is a Strong Fit If You :

  • Have a proven track record of high performance across sales or other high-demand fields
  • Excel under pressure and thrive managing a large pipeline of high-value, fast-moving deals
  • Bring experience selling complex B2B SaaS products
  • Are energized by a scrappy, high-velocity, high-performance startup environment
  • Enjoy solving complex customer problems and getting deep into product + technical details
  • Want to develop domain expertise across core systems used by modern B2B teams (CRM, ERP, billing, revenue systems)

What You Bring

  • 1 to 6 years of experience in sales or business with a history of exceptional performance
  • 1+ years as an AE selling complex B2B SaaS, ideally to finance or engineering stakeholders
  • Experience in a high-performing startup (Seed Series C) OR proven excellence in demanding fields like consulting, banking, engineering, or hard sciences
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage C-level leaders (CFO, Finance, RevOps)
  • Ability to run fully autonomous full-cycle sales processes
  • Academic excellence, STEM degree, or deep technical aptitude required
