Cardiology Locum Tenens Opening in Northern CA | 24-Hour Call

Opportunity Details

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in northern California that has an opening for a skilled Cardiologist to assist their team.

Opening Details :

• Schedule : 24-hour call shifts, 6a-6a
• Daily Volume : 3-4 consults, 4-8 stress tests, and 5-12 echos
• Duties : Consult patients in ED and inpatients, collaborate with hospitalists and specialists, supervise stress tests (pharmacological / exercise), interpret OP and INPT echocardiology, Holter, event monitors
• Preferred Procedures : TEE, transvenous pacing, tilt table interpretation
• Support Staff : Cardiology manager, echocardiographers, and cardiology technicians
• EMR : Cerner
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses
