Job description

Support Agreement Analyst

The selected candidate will work as a Support Agreement Analyst supporting the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO). Responsibilities include reviewing, editing, and tracking Army Support Agreements in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be proficient in Office 365, able to maintain a high level of customer service, and have an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI. Full-Time / Part-Time : Full-Time Worksite details : Onsite 5 days per week, Redstone Arsenal, AL Duties will include :

  • Working knowledge of Army Support Agreement processes and procedures, including 7600A and 7600B documents.
  • Review, edit and track support agreements for audit readiness and ensure accuracy in accordance with fiscal law and Army policy for all customer funded efforts.
  • Responsible for coordinating requirements, drafting support agreement documents, and facilitating approval with legal, PM Staff, and HQ Staff. Responsible for ensuring that agreements are being accurately tracked against ASA (ALT) and FM&C policies / thresholds.
  • Update Support Agreement Trackers in Excel and / or Dashboards.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Support Agreement Team on tasks related to processing organizational Support Agreements.
  • Assist with the implementation of G-Invoicing.
  • Communicate with leadership to ensure Support Agreements are approved prior to mission / event dates.
  • Prepare charts to brief leadership on Support Agreement status and milestones.
  • Communicate, establish, and manage relations with external customers, government agencies and contractors to explain and enforce updated support agreement standards and processes resulting in improved working relationships both within the Program Office and with outside customers.
  • Maintain relationships with Project Managers from each division to provide informational support to ensure smooth processes.

Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Army financial management and knowledge of Army standards, systems, appropriations, processes, and data.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of an organization, including senior military and government civilian personnel.
  • Have an understanding and good working knowledge of G-Invoicing.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work both independently and interact closely with team members for issue resolution, troubleshooting, and solution identification.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to manage and manipulate large amounts of data and translate it into easily interpreted reports.
  • Ability to think strategically and be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think critically and perform sound analysis.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high visibility environment.
  • Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI.
