We’re seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our Remsen office —a motivated, hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and be part of a supportive, team-oriented company.
What We Offer
Competitive pay : $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Seasonal position : September–March

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company products and services (gasoline, diesel, heating oil, propane, etc.)
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication
Process customer orders, account updates, and payments accurately
Analyze customer accounts and make necessary corrections or adjustments
Assist with accounts receivable functions as assigned
Trace and expedite late orders to ensure timely fulfillment
Utilize leads to expand the customer base and follow up on opportunities promptly
Maintain organized records and complete required paperwork
Perform additional duties as assigned
Filling propane tanks for customers
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of customer service experience preferred (fuel, propane, or heating industry experience a plus but not required)
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to lift 40lb pellet bags
