A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to manage client and vendor account inquiries and resolve service issues.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming service-related issues and questions, including waste service plan inquiries and missed pickups
Collaborate with waste hauling vendors to ensure prompt responses to service orders and resolve service-related issues
Manage internal work activity reports and update client, site, and vendor data in internal systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work in a team-based environment
