Job Summary :

The Direct Sales Consultant creates and retains customer loyalty by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the client. The DSC participates in restoration related community awareness events and programs. Given the nature of this position, the DSC must have an understanding, compassionate, empathetic demeanor who is available to respond as needed.
Core Competencies :
Must possess strong interpersonal skills. Be able to build a strong rapport with the clients. Be comfortable entering highly charged and stressful situations. Proven ability to close sales and provide quality customer service, representing Rytech Restoration of Orlando in a positive light. This candidate needs to possess the ability to turn an emotionally distraught customer into a satisfied one and leave the customer with a positive lasting impression. The primary responsibilities are to be professional, compassionate, courteous, positive and informative. This candidate must be effective in transmitting knowledge of restoration products and services. They are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings. Stress tolerance, the ability to work under pressure and a combination of leadership and sales skills are necessary for job effectiveness.

Requirements : Three professional references, computer literacy and proficiency with office productivity applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
Compensation : $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
