Job description

Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION : Database Manager for marketing company Motive Marketing, specializing in entertainment and other marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Update, organize and manage databases for Motive Marketing projects
  • Manage all usage and security of Motive databases
  • Maintain broad knowledge of marketing and an understanding of niche consumer groups, especially the faith and family community

Qualifications

  • Education : College graduate with a minimum of five years professional experience
  • Technology : Proficient in user-friendly database programs, including web-based options. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or Keynote). Ideally also proficient in Microsoft Access and Project or similar tools
  • Location : Based in the Los Angeles area, CA. Remote work option available, but regular or occasional visits to the Santa Monica Motive offices for meetings are required

    • Compensation

  • Pay Scale : $2,000 to $6,000 per month, depending on experience and duties

    Location notes : Company based in the Los Angeles area, with the remote work option described above
