As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment at a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. This position is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises in a vehicle as well as on foot, ensuring all areas are monitored and any concerns are communicated promptly. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents as required by site procedures.Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants, visitors, and staff.Assist with access control and visitor management as directed by site policies.Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding incidents and daily activities.What We're Looking For :

Customer service experience is preferred.A valid driver's license in the job state is preferred and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements; this is primarily for driving posts.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
