Executive Assessment Strategy Leader
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a strategic leader to oversee our Executive Assessment strategy across the organization. This pivotal role combines expertise in assessment methodologies, talent development, and consulting to help identify and develop our top-level leaders in order to achieve our global business objectives. This role will partner closely with BUHR, Talent Directors, Executive Recruiting, and business leaders to provide insights to inform talent practices and movement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a comprehensive, integrated executive assessment strategy that supports executive hiring, individual development, workforce development, and organizational capability-building.
Influence the use of assessment tools across the talent lifecycle, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and alignment with business needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, psychometric best practices, and legal regulations in assessment and skills measurement.
Collaborate and consult with Talent Management, HR Business Partners, Executive Talent Acquisition and business leaders to bring assessment insights into talent discussions and decisions.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology or related field. PhD preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in assessment, talent management, or consulting within a global organization.
Willingness to travel as required.

The base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $207,000.
