High-level academic achievement from a top law school. Salary Range : $365,000 - $420,000 (Final offer based on experience). Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (5th-7th Year)
Location : Boston
Practice Area : Business Litigation
Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate (5th-7th year) to join a top Am Law 50 firm in its Boston office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white-collar matters, and internal investigations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Case Strategy & Management – Handle all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Legal Research & Writing – Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda for high-stakes litigation.
- Client & Team Leadership – Advise clients and oversee junior associates and business professionals.
- Multi-Matter Coordination – Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, high-level practice.
