$80,000 - $100,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
- Proactively reach out to new prospects via telemarketing, referrals, and community networking
- Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients
- Work closely with team members and mentors to continually sharpen your knowledge and skills
- Stay current with industry regulations and compliance standards
Qualifications :
Please note, this is a full-time sales position!
- Preferred experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong performance record
- Knowledge of life insurance, annuities, investments, and retirement planning
- Skilled in assessing client needs and providing tailored financial solutions
- Proven ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex financial concepts
- Committed to ethics, compliance, and industry regulations
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Collaborative team player within New York Life’s professional network
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Bilingual is a plus
