Many of the patients are chronically ill and require multidiscipline treatment plans and goals. As part of the health care team, you will help educate patients on a wide variety of topics ranging from procedural / surgical expectations to what medications patients will be taking once discharged. Qualifications : Required Education : Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school License : current LPN license in our state or can be obtained within 90 days Certifications : Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association, IV Certification within 1 year.
