What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead strategic collaboration with SVP / EVP-level executives to define and advance Synopsys' AI Security agenda.
• Plan, develop, and drive the implementation of a comprehensive Cyber AI strategy, integrating security across all corporate and product domains.
• Establish and communicate an enterprise-wide AI Security vision, ensuring security is embedded in all AI initiatives and products.
• Drive strategic alignment of AI Security efforts across business units, product teams, and corporate functions.
• Serve as the organization's AI Security Evangelist, promoting awareness and continuous improvement of best practices and standards.
• Champion the development and adoption of industry-leading AI Security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and security patterns.
• Lead large-scale cyber and corporate transformation initiatives, ensuring security is integral to all AI / ML and GenAI deployments.
• Mentor teams and develop future leaders, fostering a high-performing culture of security excellence and innovation.
