Manage subcontractor prequalification, insurance compliance, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with company standards. Monitor and report claims activity, collaborating with brokers, carriers, and internal teams for timely resolution. Maintain relationships with insurance, bonding, and banking partners, coordinating certificates, renewals, and documentation. Partner with operations and safety teams to assess project-specific risks and develop mitigation strategies. Bachelor's in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years in risk management or contract administration. Experience with the Construction industry is strongly preferred. CRM or ARM certification is a plus but not required.
