Job Responsibilities :

- Store Display and Inventory Management : Ensure that products are displayed neatly and attractively. Regularly replenish and update stock to ensure customers can find the products they need at all times.
- Customer Experience : Provide pre-sale and after-sale services such as product consultations and usage instructions, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with customers and follow up regularly to increase repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations of the store and meet sales targets.
- Market Trends : Stay informed about the latest trends and product developments in the hair care industry to provide customers with fashionable and effective product recommendations.
Requirements :
Experience : At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience. Experience in hair care products, hairstyling, wigor the beauty industry is preferred.Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with diverse customers and offer personalized service.Product Knowledge : In-depth understanding of hair care products, their usage, and ingredients.
