Urogynecology Opportunity - Established Women's Health ProgramLocation : Morgantown, WVSetting : Hospital-Based Practice with Regional Referral NetworkEmployment Type : Full-Time, permanent positionPosition Highlights : Join a growing urogynecology practice with one board-certified Urogynecologist and two experienced Nurse Practitioners Operative time available 2 3 days per week Strong referral base from West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Ohio Multidisciplinary support from OB-GYN, gynecologic oncology, urology, general and vascular surgery Call coverage shared with OB-GYN, Gyn-Onc, and hospitalist teamScope of Practice : Comprehensive pelvic floor disorder management including : Pessary fitting / management Multichannel urodynamics PTNS (Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation) Advanced laparoscopic and reconstructive surgery Support from pelvic floor physical therapy providers throughout the region Nurse Practitioners provide extended care including : Colposcopy LARC placement Endometrial biopsies Vulvar dermatologic care Sexual health counseling Osteoporosis evaluation and managementIdeal Candidate : Fellowship-trained Urogynecologist Board certified or board eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery Interest in building and expanding a regional referral program Collaborative and patient-centered approach to careHospital & Program Features : Women s Health Service Line includes : Six AAGL-COEMIG accredited OB-GYN physicians Dedicated gynecologic oncologist Active obstetrical service with birthing suite and C-section OR EMR integrated across hospital and clinic settings Supportive surgical team environment with ready OR availabilityCommunity : Located in scenic north central West Virginia with easy access to Pittsburgh and Morgantown Family-friendly communities, low cost of living, and excellent outdoor recreation opportunities Safe neighborhoods, reputable schools, and a strong sense of community
