Were seeking a passionate
and driven Primary Care Physician (FM, IM or
IM.PEDS) to join our Grand Haven Primary Care &
Pediatrics team in Grand Haven, MI. This is an
exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of
our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven
environment.
Opportunity Details
Office consists of 13
total providers (6 physicians and 7 APPs)
Primary care office is attached to our 81-bed acute care hospital
in Grand Haven offering a variety of patient services
Physician will manage their own patient panel
providing primary care services including diagnosis, treatment and
preventative care to all age groups
Balanced
schedule with 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of
dedicated administrative time, spread across 4 to 4.5 days per week
in the office
Unrestricted call requirement
rotated with other Lakeshore Primary Care offices
Very close knit, collaborative office with a
supportive environment

Requirements
Open to new graduates
Physicians : Shall be
board certified in an appropriate area of clinical practice or is
board eligible and will become board certified within five years
following the Start Date (unless sooner required by the applicable
medical staff bylaws)
Active Michigan medical
license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
BLS certification (must be
maintained)
