Key Responsibilities

Execute mandatory loan sales and manage the end-to-end process

Develop advanced pricing models for best execution analysis and optimization

Generate analytics and reports related to profitability, margins, and pricing

Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience in Secondary Marketing

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

Strong understanding of Capital Markets and the mortgage industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL Server Management Studio

Solid knowledge of pricing structures and interest rate risk management
