Experience ( Years ) : 4-6

Essential Skills :

• Minimum 5 years of programming experience, ideally with a modern backend stack.
• 2 years experience with Java, Kotlin, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and ORM frameworks.
• Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Cloud platforms experience (Kubernetes preferred). Proficiency with CICD pipelines.
• Test-driven development experience, including unit and integration testing.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and regulatory compliance in financial services.
• gile software development experience.

Desirable Skills : Experience in payments domain
