Overview :

Provides skilled occupational therapy services consistent with licensure as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications :

• Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited OT program
• Experience :  Preferred.
• Licensure / Certification :  Appropriate state OT license, required.
