Job description

Unarmed Security Officer

We are hiring a professional and competent unarmed security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in Houston TX 77002.

Shifts available :

  • Saturday and Sunday from 9am-9pm (dayshift)
  • Saturday and Sunday from 9pm-9am (nightshift)

Our mission is to bring peace of mind and order to our clients, employees and shareholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Patrol pool area to keep residents and visitors from violating pool rules.
  • Perform access controls at gates.
  • Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
  • Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
  • Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
  • Provide assistance to people in need.
  • Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

    • Skills :

  • Customer service
  • Familiarity with detailed report writing
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing
  • Registered as a security officer on DPS or possesses a valid Level II / Level III certificates
  • Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone
