Lead a high-performing team of consultants to design and implement transformational, outcomes-driven strategies that address healthcare challenges and deliver guaranteed results. As VP, you will set the vision for competitive growth through innovative partnership models, guiding your team to create programs that eliminate waste, optimize capital, and improve clinical quality. Collaborate across sales, clinical, data analytics, and program management to ensure sustained success through change management and strategic execution. This role requires executive-level engagement and leadership in driving value creation across Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).

Build and lead a team of consultants focused on designing and delivering outcomes-based programs that drive measurable competitive growth. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives to position BD MMS as a trusted partner. Define enterprise-level objectives and translate them into actionable strategies using advanced analytics and consulting methodologies. Partner with Enterprise Value Realization leadership to identify, engage, and secure high-value client opportunities. Oversee assessments to uncover innovation opportunities and architect tailored solutions aligned with client goals. Deliver compelling executive presentations and negotiate partnership agreements that guarantee financial and clinical outcomes. Ensure seamless transition from sales to program implementation while maintaining executive engagement throughout the lifecycle. Drive expansion opportunities across BD MMS portfolio through strategic influence and thought leadership.

Proven success in healthcare consulting or hospital operations, with deep expertise in Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). Demonstrated ability to develop and lead complex, outcomes-based solutions in healthcare or life sciences. Strong understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and value-based care frameworks. Advanced data literacy with the ability to leverage clinical and financial analytics for strategic decision-making. Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, fostering collaboration and accountability. Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. MBA strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years of commercial experience with proven success in sales, consulting, or strategic leadership roles. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
