We're looking for a motivated Deck Sales Estimator who can turn qualified in-person appointments into profitable projects — without the endless follow-ups or multi-visit deals.

Position Overview

As a Deck Sales Estimator, you'll meet pre-qualified homeowners, conduct in-person consultations, design deck projects, and close prospects on the first visit. You'll use your in-home sales experience and our proven sales process to build trust and guide homeowners to make confident decisions quickly

Compensation and Benefits

• $150,000–$200,000+ annual earning potential (upside commissions)
