Machinery and Automation Technician, this position is responsible, for the output, operation and maintenance of automation equipment and machinery.

Location : Erda, UT

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Installation : Install and configure electrical and electronic systems according to project specifications
• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) : Perform FAT to validate the functionality of machinery and equipment against design requirements
• System Upgrades : Upgrade electrical and electronic systems to enhance performance and incorporate new features
• Design Assistance : Support the engineering team in designing electrical and electronic equipment that meets customer needs
• System Analysis : Analyze system performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose complex system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Technical Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system assembly and operation.
• Maintenance Quality Performance : Ensure the consistent quality performance of electrical systems through regular maintenance, calibration, and testing to meet operational standards.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect electrical systems to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Training and Standards Development : Train machine operators on the proper use of electrical and electronic systems and develop maintenance standards to ensure long-term system reliability.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Control or Industrial Engineering, a plus
