Commercial Project Manager
A reputable commercial general contractor in the Beloit region is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join their growing team. This company is known for its integrity, strong client relationships, and consistent delivery of high-quality projects ranging from $1M to $50M.

Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify potential risks or conflicts
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
- Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met or exceeded
