Project Sales Representative

Summary

Prospect new clients through strategic approaches as well as supporting existing clients to develop and sell mid to large mechanical HVAC projects within the industrial commercial industries. This role is based out of the LaGrange, GA area and will require travel throughout the region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development :

• Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market (industrial, commercial).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts (engineers, contractors, architects).
• Attend industry events (trade shows, conferences) to generate leads and build relationships

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HVAC industry, preferably within the industrial or commercial sector.

Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and applications.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Required Experience, Certifications, and Education

Minimum of three years of experience with self-generated direct sales.

Minimum of seven years of experience in the HVAC industry.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
