About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Construction / Project Manager to oversee complex roofing projects from planning through completion. In the industry, this position may also be referred to as a Construction Manager or Roofing Project Manager; however, our focus is specifically on managing commercial roofing projects—including TPO, EPDM, BUR, metal roofing, and related systems.

This is a hybrid role, combining office-based planning and reporting with hands-on leadership in the field. The right candidate will drive safety, quality, and performance across every project.

What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects — planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Supervise roofing crews, subcontractors, and vendors on active jobsites.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are met daily.
• Conduct quality inspections to confirm compliance with specs, drawings, and client expectations.
• Communicate progress, budgets, and updates with clients and leadership.
