Job Title : Healthcare Insights Operations Specialist

Job Type : Contract (W2), Part Time; Potentially Contract-To-Hire (Full Time)

Contract Start Date : ASAP

Contract Length 6 Months (with potential for extension -AND / OR- increase to full time hours -OR- conversion to full time status in 2026)

Location : Atlanta, GA (HYBRID role; onsite 1 to 2 days per week)

Hours / Schedule : Monday–Friday, 20 to 25 hours per week (within standard business hours)

Compensation : $35 to $40 per hour (Full Time Salary Range : $75 –80 K)

Position Summary :

The Healthcare Insights Operations Specialist plays a key role in coordinating live interviews and surveys with physicians and healthcare professionals (HCPs). This position supports editorial and marketing teams by gathering authentic insights from the medical community to inform and enhance professional content and engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate is an organized communicator with strong networking abilities and a solid understanding of healthcare professional roles. They should be skilled at managing multiple priorities, synthesizing feedback from multiple sources, and working cross-functionally within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and schedule physicians and other HCPs for live interviews, maintaining a consistent pipeline of engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing staff to align interview topics with content objectives.
  • Organize, track, and maintain interview recordings and transcripts.
  • Map qualitative feedback from interviews to other data sources, such as customer feedback, surveys, and social listening.
  • Share insights and key findings with editorial and content innovation teams to inform future content strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for content innovation and audience engagement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in audience development, research, or user engagement.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and healthcare professional needs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare and medical topics preferred.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Ability to interpret and communicate data insights effectively.
