MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative in the Southeast to support our fast-growing Data division in our footprint.

MCA, a leader in wireless communications, data, and security solutions, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to be an integral part of our In-building Wireless Solutions (IWS) sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a crucial member of our sales team, handling inbound sales queries and managing smaller, non-strategic deals through the sales administration process. You will also be responsible for managing quote requests from channel partners, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness, and supporting the sales process from quote to closure. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in a sales support role, ideally in enterprise sales of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Inside sales experience at a major distributor like Anixter / WESCO, Accu-Tech, Graybar, or Tessco will also be favorably considered.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

  • Act as a primary responder to initial customer and channel partner inquiries, routing strategic opportunities and quote requests to the appropriate Account Executive (AE).
  • Support AE activities by qualifying leads, ensuring that potential opportunities are in line with our strategic goals.
  • Oversee smaller opportunities from requirement gathering through to deal closure, maintaining complete responsibility for the entire sales cycle.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM software to log and track quote details and follow-up actions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and channel partners to clarify requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners, supporting them through the sales process from quote to closure.
  • Meet processing and response time targets to contribute to overall sales team efficiency.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and sales processes to enhance quote accuracy and conversion rates.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM :

  • Ideally, a comprehensive understanding of the DAS market to effectively communicate benefits and respond to inquiries.
  • Strong verbal and written skills for engaging and persuading prospects.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Quick identification and resolution of customer issues, enhancing satisfaction, and building long-term relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, allowing for efficient handling of multiple sales activities and priorities
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing sales environments and strategies, along with a collaborative spirit to work effectively with team members towards common sales goals
  • Meticulousness in managing sales processes and follow-ups to ensure accuracy and professionalism in every customer interaction
  • A solid grasp of sales and business operations
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS :

    Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
