We are seeking an energetic, professional, and pleasant attorney to work with us in Billings, Montana.

Required Experience :

  • We are willing to consider attorneys of all levels of experience (new or experienced)

Required Qualifications :

  • Licensed (or able to become licensed) as an Attorney in Montana State
  • Willing to become licensed in the U.S. federal courts in Montana State
  • Highly efficient at time management & work motivation
  • Excellent written & oral English language skills
  • Excellent persuasive skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Highly developed & adept interpersonal skills
  • High degree of knowledge and comfort working with the Microsoft Office software suite
  • Comfortable learning new or proprietary software applications
  • Open & teachable
  • Quick learner & self-motivator
  • Works well under pressure

  • Criminal defense
  • Family law
  • Civil litigation (commercial litigation, contracts & others)
