You'll start with in-person training and support, then have the opportunity to move into a remote role once you're comfortable and hitting goals, you must be in the Kentucky area and able to work in office to begin.

What You'll Do :

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to support customers
• Listen carefully, solve problems, and provide clear information
• Update customer accounts and record details in our system
• Meet daily goals for calls, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Work with a team that's always ready to help and support you

Pay Details : $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
