Who You Are & The Impact You Will Have

The Federal Assurance Project Manager will assist in leading an enterprise security program designed to provide world-class security and compliance, ensuring all federal construction requirements are met from concept through operations. The role plays a critical part in the growth and development of future data center sites and secure data hall construction projects, interacting with senior leadership, customers, government representatives, and various contracted entities.

What You Will Do

• Manage multiple secure projects across multiple geographies
• Assist with the overall design and accreditation process of secure facilities
• Establish site construction security procedures in conjunction with the site security team and assist with the management of construction site security
• Create and communicate project updates on a regular basis suitable for executive level reviews
• Effectively present information in a manner to support efficient decision making
• Work with QTS design, construction, and operations teams to ensure all security requirements are addressed
• Assist in developing scopes of work and requests for proposals for design, construction and site security
• Support project schedules and manage teams to on-time completion
• Establish effective working relationships with key QTS stakeholders at both the executive and working levels
