ICI is growing! We are now hiring a Commercial Account Manager Assistant. The Commercial Account Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting with servicing a Commercial book of business from new business pre-qualification, proposal generation, renewal, referrals, working in conjunction with Producers and Account Manager in assisting current and future clients.
The Commercial Account Manager Assistant must be able to work in conjunction with or at the directive of the Commercial Account Manager.
Requirements
Successful candidates must have prior property / casualty insurance experience, superior customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), the ability to multi-task, and exceptional attention to detail.Prior knowledge of Applied Systems (EPIC) is preferred.
Candidates must possess a high-school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).A Kansas insurance license and professional designation (i.e. CISR) is preferred.
