Job Description

We are seeking Lumpers for a temporary position in Tamarac, FL . The main responsibility will be loading and unloading containers. The ideal candidate must be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Load and unload merchandise from containers.
  • Organize and stage products as instructed.
  • Inspect merchandise to ensure it is not damaged.
  • Use basic warehouse equipment (manual pallet jacks, dollies, etc.).
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety rules and operational procedures.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in similar roles (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs or more.
  • Must be responsible, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

    • Work Conditions :

  • Shift : Morning shift.
  • Pay : $15 / hr.
  • Physical and fast-paced work environment, sometimes outdoors.
