We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers the opportunity to provide advanced technical assistance and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems. As a key member of the team, you will handle escalated issues while delivering exceptional service to users and clients.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues from Tier 1 support, ensuring timely solutions.
- Perform in-depth diagnostics and repair of hardware, software, and network problems.
- Configure, install, and upgrade operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
- Monitor system performance, implement updates, and apply security patches to maintain stability.
- Support and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Assist with the deployment and management of cloud-based backup services and solutions.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and support activities for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT teams and departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide clear communication and excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.
- Proven experience in an IT support role or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and O365.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, cloud-based technologies, and ConnectWise preferred.
- Understanding of networking protocols and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Azure Administrator are advantageous.
