Essential Duties

• You go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day especially your clients.
• You look, act and are a friendly College HUNK starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
• You ensure 110% satisfaction by continuously working to fulfill the clients requests.
• You safely work with others on your team at all times.
• You help mentor and train new hires about the day to day operations and core values.
• You help complete daily checklists.
• You help prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.

Requirements

Junk / Move Crew Member Earnings Guaranteed pay at $13.00 / hr to $15.00 / hr Potential to make up to $18 / hr with performance based bonuses and TIPS.
