AC Plus is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment
• Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
• Install and connect electrical components and wiring
• Test electrical circuits and components to ensure compatibility and safety
• Comply with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Educate homeowners on proper HVAC system operation and maintenance
• Collaborate with other technicians (e.g., plumbers, electricians) as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner
