Salesforce Solution Architect

Were looking for a hands-on Salesforce architect who specializes in CPQ and has strong familiarity with FSL & Revenue Cloud. This role is responsible for shaping technical direction, designing end-to-end solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce programs that streamline sales, billing, and service operations.

What Youll Do

• Define the overall architecture for Salesforce engagements, with a heavy emphasis on CPQ and Quote-to-Cash capabilities.
• Break down business challenges and design scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Act as the lead expert for CPQguiding workshops, validating requirements, and supporting delivery teams.
• Create data architectures, integration strategies, and automation frameworks for quoting, billing, and service workflows.
• Build technical prototypes and reusable solution components, and contribute to long-term technology roadmaps.
• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems through APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools.
• Support sales cycles by contributing to estimates, design proposals, and client-facing technical discussions.
• Establish development standards, governance models, and DevOps processes using tools such as Copado or Gearset.
• Mentor team members and support internal enablement through documentation and knowledge sharing.
