OB RN - Required
\n\n
Required Skills / Experience : 2 years in OB with L&D experience - For example – on a night shift, 1 RN may have 2 moms / 2 babies assigned while the 2nd RN has no assignment – takes all triage, labor patients, does daily tasks / restocking, cleaning, etc. or sometimes they share the 2 “couplets” between them and then work together if someone comes in.

Preferred Skills / Experience : Critical access hospital experience
\n\n
Required Credentials : Associates Degree or Certificate
\n\n
Unit / Facility Details : Patient Ratio : Facility tries to adhere to AWHONN guidelines
\n\n
Special Requests : An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling : Day / Night Variables
\n\n
Weekend Requirement : 2 weekends out of 4 as needed
\n\n
If on nights, Friday / Saturday, if scheduled Days, Saturday / Sunday
\n\n
On-call Requirements : No requirements for additional on-call or back-up. Additional shifts may be available to pick up for sick calls, etc.
\n\n
Holiday Rotation : Every Other
\n\n
Floating Requirements : OB and L&D - Could potentially float to Med / Surg , ER or ICU for tasks if / as needed(vital signs, answer lights, complete a patient history). No patient assignment and No isolation rooms. May also need to float to other Aspirus locations in the Southern region if needed.
