An intellectual property law firm in Houston, TX. is currently hiring an experienced Patent Coordinator II to join their team! In this role, the Patent Coordinator II will be responsible for the preparation of all US documents supporting patent preparation and prosecution activities. The Patent Coordinator II will be responsible for supporting legal staff dockets, and will interface with attorneys and partners on all administrative matters.

Salary: $28/hr. - $31/hr.

The perfect Patent Coordinator II for our client will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or IP Paralegal Certification
• 3+ years of administrative experience within intellectual property law
• Proficient research skills using multiple search engines
• Proficient computer skills – MS Office, IP Manager, iManage, USPTO Portal, WIPO, EPO, IPDAS, ePCT, Elite, Client Portals
• Familiar with MPEP – Manual of Patent Examining Procedure
