SKY REHAB, located in Bowling Green, KY is a 60 bed inpatient rehab providing rehabilitative services to people recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses. We help our patients regain their physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence. SKY Rehab Hospital has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for the following services and specialty programs : Inpatient Rehabilitation (Adults, Adolescents, and Children), Brain Injury Specialty Program (Adults), and Stroke Specialty Program (Adults). Our hospital is also accredited by The Joint Commission.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the maintenance of the facility and grounds, the provision of utilities, the restoration and renovation of the facility and new construction. Performs all responsibilities in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, and local, State, and Federal standards and regulations governing the facility to ensure safe, secure and comfortable operations. Responsible for maintaining Environment of Care and OSHA standards in accordance current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and the Joint Commission and CARF standards where applicable. Supports department management in various administrative / leadership duties including but not limited to, scheduling, mentoring of new staff, competency assessment, performance improvement and shift oversight.

Required Skills :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in building or mechanical field required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and familiarity with water chemical testing required.
