The Society of St. Vincent de Paul of St. Louis, a Catholic lay organization with more than 180 years of service, is seeking a mission-driven, faith-filled Chief Executive Officer to guide our Council into the future. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead with humility, faith, and vision, modeling Vincentian spirituality and fostering a mission[1]centered culture.
• Partner with the Board of Directors to strengthen governance, advance strategic goals, and steward resources.
• Inspire and unify staff and volunteers to carry out SVdP’s mission with excellence and joy.
• Serve as chief ambassador, engaging with partners, donors, Church leaders, and civic organizations.
• Ensure financial sustainability through stewardship of thrift store operations, philanthropy, and new revenue streams.
• Guide organizational operations with a focus on servant leadership, excellence, and collaboration.

Compensation : Starting salary range is $185,000 - $200,000.
