Job Description
Lifepoint Health is excited to announce the opening of Valley Springs Behavioral Hospital, a state-of-the-art, 150-bed inpatient psychiatric facility in Holyoke, MA. In collaboration with Baystate Health, we are dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care to our community. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to join our team on a part-time, PRN basis.

Position Overview:
We are recruiting a PRN Psychiatrist to assist in patient management within our inpatient units. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry, with all subspecialties encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed.

Requirements:
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
