The Impact You'll Make in this Role As FP&A Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Leading the PSD finance operational rhythm, ensuring strategic, operational, and process alignment across all financial aspects.
• Supporting weekly and monthly financial management, reviews, and reporting.
• Linking operational actions to financial planning to enhance accountability and execution.
• Utilizing analytical tools and data analytics to improve financial performance insights.
• Assisting in budgeting and spending analysis for R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Admin.
• Collaborating with division, Business Group, and Corporate FP&A teams to enhance processes and analytics.
• Engaging in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Work location : This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. Open to other locations in USAC but ideally near a 3M facility. Flexibility to align work hours with St. Paul headquarters time zone is essential.

Travel : May include up to 10% domestic / international. Relocation Assistance : Is not authorized.
