Senior Back-End Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Back-End Software Engineer, Infra.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and modernize the Rails stack, focusing on performance optimization and security enhancements

Build internal tools, SDKs, and libraries to improve developer experience and infrastructure scalability

Collaborate with front-end teams and SREs to support observability, performance, and reliability initiatives

Required Qualifications

Deep expertise with Ruby on Rails, particularly in infrastructure and architectural improvements

Solid experience with MySQL and / or Postgres

A strong track record of enhancing performance, scalability, and system reliability

5+ years of experience in a back-end engineering role, ideally focused on infrastructure or platform systems

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
