$1,887 per week

About The Position

Job Title : CT Technologist

Job Specialty : Radiology

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 18 : 00-06 : 00, 12-hour shifts, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Guaranteed Hours : Not specified

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : RT R

Certifications : CT (ARRT), BLS

Must-Have :

CT registration
Ability to work nights independently
Knowledge of trauma scanning preferred

Job Description :

Perform all CT scans including perfusion brains and trauma scans.

Work with GE CT scanners (128 Discovery GE, 16 slice GE).

Use the documentation systems, Meditech and McKesson Pacs.

Be prepared to work in diagnostic x-ray as well based on floating policy.

Adhere to patient experience requirements.

Start IVs as necessary for procedures.

Comply with unit guidelines and policies.

Participate in provided competencies for machine operation.

Wear required uniform of black scrubs.

Work within a unit that will provide adequate support; staff will include RT T CT registered personnel.

Enjoy working with advanced technology such as digital portables, 256 GE, and 128 GE.
