The Role : Clinical Supervisor I
As a Clinical Supervisor I, you will be a cornerstone of our ambulatory practice. In partnership with the Clinic Administrator , you will :
- Lead and coordinate clinical operations, ensuring alignment with NHMG (Novant Health Medical Group) goals.
- Organize and oversee the clinical environment to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Supervise a team of up to 9 FTEs , providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Serve as a clinical leader — you’ll assess, plan, delegate, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with physicians, patients, and their support systems.
- Use evidence-based practice and compassion to guide care delivery and support team members.
- Hold yourself accountable for quality, safety, and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement.
What You’ll Bring
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred.Experience : At least 2 years of RN experience ; supervisory or leadership experience is a strong plus.Licensure : Current RN license in the appropriate state is required.Skills : Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), leadership, and problem-solving skills. Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.Experience : Two years of nursing experience, required. One year of supervisory experience, preferred.Licensure / Certification : Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.Additional Skills (required) : Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving skills, operate personal computer. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education and training.
